Model 185T

The 120T/130T/180T Series Bag Machines are designed specifically for high speed production of various sizes of single ply,side-seamed,gusseted SOS bags in a one-line operation. Eight models are available to meet different bag size requirements. These machines can also be used in-line with a Flexo Printer. Handle making and handle attaching units are available on certain models for high speed in-line production of high quality shopping bags.

Wider-range Bag Making Machine with Rope or Flat Handle Attachment combined with NEWLONG's New Concepts and Advanced Technology.

Designed to provide converters with more business chance and less maintenance expenses than ever in the respects of wider size range and a variety of options such as NC system for tube width/gusset width, automatic glue supplying device for patch, NC system for handle center distance, missing handle detector etc.

MACHINE CONSTRUCTION

  • PAPER ROLL STAND
    Paper rolls are lifted up by air cylinder. Equipped with friction brake and paper roll stoppers.Horizontal adjustment by handle.Magnetic brake available at option.
  • HANDLE MAKING UNIT,504TH/546T
    The handle making unit makes the handles(twisted paper rope handle or folded paper handle).
  • HANDLE INSERTING UNIT
    Handles made by handle making unit are fed and inserted to the web.
  • FORMING UNIT
    Complete with forming plates and gusset adjusting rolls. / NC system available at option.
  • MAIN BODY
    Complete with web draw unit,cutting unit,opening cylinder and big cylinder. Cutting length can be changed by replacing of the cutting gear(in 10mm steps).
  • DELIVERY UNIT
    The delivery unit is arranged for the delivery of bags vertically and equipped with digital bag counter.
